Description

Function:

·         Collaborate in gathering and refining business requirements, encompassing client needs and R&D initiatives.

·         Elaborate on these requirements to delineate specific needs effectively.

·         Standardize requirements and concepts to ascertain their applicability across multiple client needs.

·         Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and data through stakeholder workshops.

·         Propose solutions to meet client requirements utilizing both new and existing products in conjunction with our architects and senior experts.

·         Engage in workshops with clients, architects, product experts, and developers.

·         Decompose features into user stories for clear understanding.

·         Develop detailed specifications and use cases for developers and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.

·         Maintain meticulous documentation of the application.

·         Collaborate with quality officers and developers for project progress.

·         Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during project implementation phases.

Profile:

·         Agility and adaptability are essential as you engage in workshops with diverse stakeholders.

·         Proficiency in API-first technology, either in development or integration.

·         Knowledge and/or experience in the banking sector, particularly in wealth management.

·         Previous experience in a software company, preferably in a product-focused environment like a Software as a Service (SaaS) company.

·         Familiarity with modeling techniques such as BPMN diagrams, UML class diagrams, state machine diagrams, and sequence diagrams.

·         Strong analytical capabilities, enabling swift issue comprehension and resolution within IT projects.

·         Capacity for conceptual thinking and abstraction.

·         Positive mindset and solution-oriented approach.

·         Team-player mindset.

·         Resilience to stress.

·         Autonomous and resourceful, especially in challenging scenarios.

·         Effective written and oral communication skills.

·         Fluency in French.

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience.
