Process Planner

Your responsibilities:
· Creation of site assembly concept, procurement of offers, project resources planning and budgets estimations
· Conduct site inspection meeting with customers, check the Safety conditions on site and create hazards analysis (Method Statement Risk Assessment)
· Performing of all administrative activities in the installation department in order to support the installation management and project team.
· Tool management: tracking and dispensing of tools, maintenance and servicing planning, performing collective inspections, inspection documentation and new procurements
· Ensure that the installation works are in accordance with quality requirements
· Knowledge of – and commitment to – health & safety procedures in the workplace
· Set-up and develop and support the project structure and responsibilities on-site and supervise the project according to the health and safety regulations as required
· Support estimating department on installation offer cost evaluation
· Conduct eventual site inspections
Your profile:
· Qualified mechanical or electrical education with Technical or Engineering degree
· Minimum 10 Years working experience on construction site
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and; French or German
· Knowledge of any other language is a benefit
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
· Willingness to travel worldwide
· We expect social competences and teamwork
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Strong company spirit
