Collaborateur Helpdesk IT

Responsibilities:

·         Problem analysis and troubleshooting (1st & 2nd level)

·         Installation and configuration of workstations (hardware & software)

·         Telephone support for all kinds of IT questions from internal users

·         Handling the IT material stock

·         Collaboration on IT projects

Profile :

·         Adequate experience or training in IT support or similar

·         First professional experience in a comparable function is an advantage

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Good knowledge of German and French (written and spoken), English is advantageous

·         Proactivity, flexibility and resilience in stressful situations

·         You are able to work independently and fit into an existing team
