We are currently supporting an international organisation in the search for a Fit-Out Project Manager to contribute to office and workplace infrastructure projects within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
This is a full-time assignment running until the end of 2028.
This opportunity could be for you if you:
Have experience managing or coordinating office fit-out or workplace projects
Have worked as a Project Manager on complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
Have experience in environments such as IT, Facility Management, logistics or similar operational contexts
Enjoy structuring projects, defining milestones and monitoring delivery
Are comfortable coordinating internal teams and external vendors
Appreciate working in international and collaborative environments
You will contribute to the coordination and follow-up of projects related to office environments and workplace infrastructure, supporting planning, governance, reporting and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
Experience in project or programme management in office / workplace environments
Experience managing complex transversal projects (e.g. IT, Facility Management, logistics or similar)
Strong stakeholder coordination and organisational skills
Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, PM2 or similar)
Fluent English is required.
