Project Manager for Load Simulation Software

Function :
Within a multidisciplinary environment, you are responsible for leading the integration and management of load simulation software solutions.
You act as a key link between internal departments, development teams, customers, and external partners, ensuring that technical, organizational, and strategic objectives are achieved in line with company standards.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Conducting requirements analyses in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and, when necessary, customers, to define project priorities.
- Performing detailed market analyses of existing simulation software providers — from initial contact to evaluation, benchmarking, and selection.
- Leading cross-departmental and cross-functional project management activities for the software integration process.
- Developing, maintaining, and monitoring project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
- Providing structured and transparent reporting to management and technical departments regarding project progress, risks, and recommendations.
- Ensuring end-to-end software lifecycle management — from commissioning through maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Acting as a central interface between customers, internal development teams, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
Profile :
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally within an industrial or technical environment.
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to quickly grasp complex systems.
- Experience with software integration or simulation tools is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style.
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of assertiveness.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders.
- Languages: Very good command of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of German or French is an asset.
