Function :

For an industrial project we are looking for a CE Manager to be sure that the equipment will be in conformity with the following European and Luxemburgish Regulations: Machinery Regulations (CE machine conformity 2006/42/CE), Low Tension, EMC, ITM and Environmental Regulations, EN 14681+A1:2010, EN 1090 (steel construction) :

·        Check if all documents, equipments are conform to the last available norms

·        As the project is integration of the new equipment to the existing plant, you will have to perform and realize a CE conformity of the entity [new equipment and existing plant]

·        Find solution to reach the conformity in case of problem

·        You have to be sure that the safety concept has to be approved by Luxembourgish authority ITM and the company before starting manufacturing

·        Prepare and organize before the commissioninf the inspection by a certified and independent localInspection Organism at the BUYERs cost and in accordance with the legislation in force

·        Gather all necessary certificates during the project and submit these certificates to the Inspection Organism

Profile :

·        Engineering Master with an additional training in CE conformity

·        Very good knowledge of all construction and industrial norms

·        Fluent in French and good level in English

·        Rigorous, meticulous, organized, autonomous, proactive and excellent communication skills, able to seek information and enforce change requests by subcontractors, suppliers, etc.

·        Team spirit, rigorous, attention to details

·        Able to work seamlessly with certification companies and local governments
