Industrial Project Manager 

Job Description:

For the development of projects for various production plants in the agro-food and chemical sector, you will be in charge of :

- You identify, develop and follow the implementation of industrial projects, in line with the  group strategy.

- Full industrial projects management

- Identification of new opportunities and industrial developments, creating synergies with the group existing activities

- Translation of industrial projects into Business Plans, in coordination with financial department

- Use and expansion of a network of engineering/technical partners

- Reports to the VP of Industrial Developments

Profile:

- Master in industrial-, chemical-, electromechanical-, or bio-engineering

- At least 10 years’ experience in process, production, projects, ideally in the agro-chemical sector

- Proven track-record of realized industrial projects with a budget of minimum 5 to 10 Million €

- Creativity, technical expertise, negotiation skills in commercial and technical contracts, autonomy and team-player, hands-on and solution-oriented

- Brussels based, ready to commute regularly to Ghent/Rotterdam, flexibility to  travel outside Europe

- English, French, and a good level in Dutch is an asset
