Head of Quality

Function :
As part of the management team, you are responsible for developing and implementing the company’s quality strategy in line with overall business objectives.
You ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the quality management system, strengthen customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence across all departments.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing the quality strategy derived from the company’s business objectives.
- Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System, including ISO certification and process improvement initiatives.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive claim management and regular surveys.
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring measures to improve product and process quality, including defining and tracking relevant KPIs.
- Analyzing problems and implementing sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
- Managing supplier quality — conducting audits, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
- Preparing and presenting clear quality reports for management and key stakeholders.
- Controlling and reducing quality-related costs through data-driven initiatives and continuous improvement..
Profile :
- Education & experience: Relevant technical degree with proven experience in quality management within an industrial or technical environment.
- Strong customer focus and results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in quality methods and tools (PDCA, FMEA, 8D, 5-Why).
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and audit procedures.
- Solid technical understanding and familiarity with IT systems, cost control, and risk assessment.
- Analytical, structured, and organized working style.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and assertiveness skills.
- Experience in change management and continuous improvement.
- Languages: Very good command of French and English; knowledge of German is a strong advantage.
