Tasks and responsibilities :

 

As Sales and project Engineer for car parks, you are in charge of :

• In our multi-storey car park business, you are the first point of contact for your construction partners and clients, from acquisition to final handover.

• Your responsibility lies in the successful project development and implementation as well as ensuring the project's profitability.

• Your tasks include : project acquisition, preparation of offers, project management, project control and cooperation with the technical teams in the implementation phase.

 

Profile :

 

• You have successfully completed your studies as a civil engineer with a focus on structural engineering and have already gained successful experience (approx. 3 to 8 years) in sales and/or project management in the construction sector.

• You are ambitious, act in a goal-oriented manner and love new challenges. In addition to technical understanding, you also think commercially and have a high level of stamina for the task.

• You have high quality standards and also pay the necessary attention to details.

• You are team-oriented and love building long-term relationships with your customers and colleagues.

• You are fluent in English and German; any other language is an advantage.
